15 minute grace period, if there is no communication within grace period this will result in an automatic cancellation/ no show after grace period has passed. If able to still honor appointment after grace period has passed a $20 late fee will be charged plus $10 for every five minutes past 50% cancellation fee if notified less than 24 hours of appointment. Includes rescheduling 90% fee for any no call no shows/ day of cancellation. Please contact me with any cancellations as soon as possible. Contact me with any questions or concerns.
